Feature Voice - Corinne Hart - Soprano
The addition of a vocal soloist can enhance an event dramatically. The combination of voice and piano, string quartet or brass quintet for example is beautiful. Our featured soloist is Corinne Hart. Corinne works with feature music on a regular basis. She is not only in demand as a soloist but has worked with such ensembles as the BBC National Chorus of Wales and sings at festivals including the three choirs festival, Gloucester. Corinne features often with one of our trumpet players as part of our wedding package singing a very popular choice Handel's 'Let the Bright Seraphim', which is a fabulous baroque da capo aria. Corinne recently performed a beautiful piece during the signing of the register, 'Feeling Good' by Nina Simone, which gives a more modern, light feel. Another very popular choice is Handel's 'Eternal Source of Light Divine', which Corinne would perform with one of our wedding trumpeters; it can be performed with just keyboard (organ) accompaniment but we recommend performing the duet.
Corinne has a classical trained soprano voice. feature music can also provide other voices including mezzo-soprano, tenor and bass on demand.

A very popular ensemble choice for providing wedding music is a trumpet player (piccolo) and vocal soloist (soprano). The trumpet player can provide a fanfare to annouce the arrival of the bride, then provide a processional trumpet tune, such as Charpentier's 'Prelude' from Te Deum. The soprano can sing the first verse of the hymns and prvoide music during the signing of the register. Popular choices include, Handel's Let the Bright Seraphim and Eternal Source of Light Divine. The trumpet player then plays a rousing trumpet tune, such as Clarke's Trumpet Voluntary to accompany the exit of Husband and Wife. Book!
